You can manually invite, remove, and promote/demote members to admin roles from the Admin > Members page.
To invite new members, input their email addresses in the designated field. You can then set their designated level of access from the options below. If inviting multiple members at once, separate each email address with a comma.
The Owner role is set by ON and is typically non-transferable to ensure consistent accountability. However, in some circumstances, a formal request may be made to transfer ownership to another member.
Owner: the primary contact for all billing matters, ensuring that the account remains in good standing. As the Organization is established, the Owner's contact details and preferences are set as defaults for communication and settings. The Owner will also have full access to all bots and their features as they are added. They can also invite new members, edit their details, or remove them from the Organization.
Organization Administrator: has unrestricted access to all bots and features of an Organization. They possess the authority to invite new members, edit their details, or remove / change their access.
Bot Administrator: has full access to all current and future features of the specified bot(s), but do not have the ability to manage members.
Bot User: has limited access to select features of the specified bot(s), and do not have the ability to manage members.
Whether you need to revoke access for security reasons or due to organizational changes, managing member permissions is straightforward. Navigate to Admin > Members and search for or scroll through the list to find the member whose access you wish to revoke. Click on the member's name or email address to view their profile and access permissions.
Only Owners and Organization Admins are allowed to remove access to Organizations.
Access can be removed or changed for the following roles:
Organization Administrator: you can either downgrade their access level to Bot Admin or User, or remove them entirely.
Bot Administrator: you can either downgrade their access level to Bot User or remove them entirely.
Bot User: you can click on the "Remove Access" button or deselect the specific permissions granted to them.
A prompt will appear asking for confirmation. Click "Confirm" to finalize the removal or change of access.
