Overview

Organizations are designed to ensure an efficient, organized, and streamlined management of multiple bots. Through the Organizations structure, you can group various bots, making it not only a hub for team collaboration but also a central command for multiple bot functionalities and management.

What is an Organization?

An Organization can be perceived as a comprehensive virtual workspace uniquely tailored to each customer. Within this framework:

  • Centralized Bot Management: Organizations allow you to manage multiple bots under a single umbrella, ensuring easy switching, monitoring, and modification across different bots.

  • Unified Access: All functionalities, settings, and data relevant to the various bots are available in one place.

  • Team Management: You can invite team members, define roles, set permissions, and oversee access, streamlining bot and member management.

Creating New Organizations

Certain user accounts have the ability to create new organizations for distribution among their teams and clients. If your account has this capability, you will have access to the Organizations page, where you can create additional organizations within your account limits.

Most accounts only have access to one Organization. Please contact your Customer Success Representative to confirm your access and learn more.

Configuring Your Organization

Upon signing up, every customer is provisioned with an Organization. You can customize this Organization by naming it, incorporating branding elements, and adjusting settings to reflect your company's identity and operational needs.

Managing Multiple Bots within an Organization

Incorporate new bots seamlessly, expanding your Organization's repertoire. Designate members with specific roles, such as Organization Administrator for all bots, or Bot Admin for individual bots, to ensure precise and appropriate access. Benefit from a centralized overview of performance, analytics, and metrics for all bots, aiding in informed decision-making. Additionally, team members can easily collaborate, share insights, and optimize strategies across different bots within the Organization.

Upon creating a new Organization, you will be assigned the role, which you have the option to update later.

Select accounts have access to multiple organizations, accessible through the navigation menu.
