Shopify Product Feed & Order Tracking API

The ON Shopify Integration allows for ON to seamlessly ingest your Product Feed information to power the shopping features in chat. The Shopify integration will also support real-time order updates, in chat, for your customers.

Outlined in this guide are the required steps that your team needs to go through as part of the onboarding process. This will enable the ON Team to configure your chatbot experience.

By completing the steps outlined in this guide, the ON Team will:

  • Develop the Guided Selling and Product Discovery feature directly from your product feed and the available tagging information.

  • Enable the in-chat Order Updates feature that will use information from your Shopify Order Management System (OMS).
