The Analytics Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your bot’s performance, enabling you to track key metrics, analyze user engagement, and monitor campaign effectiveness. This tool is designed to help you understand how users interact with your bot, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of your campaigns.

Here are the key sections within the Analytics Dashboard:

Time and Resource Savings

Chat Savings provides an estimation of the amount of money and time saved by automating chats. The platform assumes each chat offsets 5 minutes of employee time at a set labor cost.

Performance Overview

User Metrics displays numbers of new users, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly active users, giving a sense of user adoption and engagement levels.

Engagement

Engagement ranks responses by popularity, details how users are interacting with various automations, and how often shared links are clicked, represented as a percentage.

User Growth

User Growth monitors user growth metrics (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly active users) by channel.

Messaging Activity

Outbound Messages are messages sent by the platform. They can be further divided into:

  • Broadcasts: Scheduled or event-driven messages sent to audiences.

  • Responses: Direct replies to user inputs.

Inbound Messages represent messages received by the platform, broken down by total inbound messages and unique users sending those messages.

Campaign Performance

Broadcast Metrics show the distribution and reach of broadcasts, especially those containing links, and measure their engagement rates.
